Include useful context

Include the approximate time and timezone, the Lobu workspace, the agent client, the action you attempted, and any visible error message. For Google Chat, tell us whether you sent plain text or a /lobu command in a direct message. If your administrator deployed Lobu from a Workspace-owned project with space access enabled, tell us which space and whether you @mentioned the app. For security reports, email us rather than opening a public issue.

If Lobu does not answer

  1. In a direct message, send hello or /lobu help.
  2. The current public preview is direct-message only. Space access requires a Workspace-owned Google Cloud project with Join spaces and group conversations enabled.
  3. Wait for the response, then retry once if Google Chat reports a temporary error.
  4. If Lobu still does not respond, email us with the details above. Do not include passwords, service-account JSON, OAuth tokens, or API keys.
