Connect a chat platform
A chat connector is a live bot adapter. Connect it, then route conversations to an agent: mention the bot, DM it, or run a slash command. Chat connectors are the surfaces below; each has a setup walkthrough on its own page.
Agents are also reachable from the built-in Web App chat console, with no external platform to connect.
